Systemic Constellations  Workshop

Systemic Family Constellations is an experiential method for addressing some of our deepest wounds and for creating openings that can support movements of change, healing and growth. While most therapeutic approaches focus on the individual, systemic family constellations look at how our difficulties can be embedded in the family systems we have emerged from. We can use this tool to explore difficulties in any relationships we have and any symptoms, illnesses, or limitations that we want to understand better and resolve. This work is powerful, moving and offers us a unique way to understanding ourselves and the world around us.

During the day, not everyone will have their constellation done however this is not the only valuable position in the day. In these workshops we are all touched by the work and experience its benefits. Being a representative is a beautiful gift that supports our own healing journey and paves the way for opening to our own future constellations. We will work in a respectful, confidential, well held and supported space attending with care to establishing inner connection and outer presence.
